海外邮件服务器邮件延迟,邮件服务器接收邮件延迟

当前使用的是Exchange Server 2013，cas和mbx在同一台服务器上。

外部发往邮件服务器的邮件，出现超时错误，重试多次之后可以送达，但出现较长时间的延误。

日志信息如下：

请问出现该错误的原因是什么呢。如何进行原因调查？
