如果没有安装openssl，就先安装

sudo apt-get install openssl

重新编译nagios-plugin 

./configure --with-openssl

(如果已经安装了的最好make clean)
make
make install
cd /usr/local/nagios/libexec/
./check_http mima.help.163.com -S（https://mima.help.163.com/这个网易帐号修复网）
发现没报SSL is not available错误
又出现新的错误，晕~

把防火墙禁用，问题解决
