Lync 小技巧-47-错误-44009-引起-证书-规划-Lync与UM

 

1. 问题：

以前Lync Server 2013与Exchange Server 2013的集成一直正常，但一次更换公网证书后。

问题来了，UM用不了。

SA,AA以前正常，现在不正常，只更换过一次公网证书，Exchange Server 2013与Lync Server 2013都更换过!

前期未测试，更换后的SA,AA是否正常，结果发现不正常。

问题

2. 排错:

2.1. UM的AA，SA正常

2.2. 更换Exchange Server 2013的公网证书，由Exchange 管理员更换

2.3. 更换Lync Server 2013 的公网证书，由Lync 管理员更换

2.4. 更换后未检查UM的AA,SA功能，因为使用人少，再有，换证书，分配服务，应该没问题

2.5. 这次使用，一拔就出现上面的问题

2.6. 检查Lync日志，发现如下问题：

Attempts to route to servers in an Exchange UM Dialplan failed

No server in the dialplan [UMDialPlan.contoso.com] accepted the call with id [99189d47-6bc5-4aac-8cd8-46deb0e0d439].

Cause: Dialplan is not configured properly.

Resolution:

Check the configuration of the dialplan on Exchange UM Servers.

2.7. 可能是UM证书问题

2.8. 呼叫SA

正常

2.9. 呼叫AA

正常

3. 总结:

3.1. Lync Server 2013前端器用私网证书。

3.2. Exchange Server 2013的UM用私网证书，其它用公网证书。

3.3. UM没有问题，如果UM也用公网证书，是会有问题的，如上面排错过程中错误。
