拷贝mavne安装文件夹conf以下的settings.xml到用户主文件夹下

改动改文件

改变本地maven仓库的路径

  这段代码使用局域网私服nexus代理maven的全部仓库，包含中央仓库

Ip地址和portPW根据实际地址变更。
