What is ServiceNow

ServiceNow, Inc. is a cloud computing company headquartered in Santa Clara, California. It was founded in 2004 by Fred Luddy, the previous CTO of software companies Peregrine Systems and Remedy Corporation. ServiceNow is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the Russell 1000 index.

ServiceNow is a great idea born at the beach—San Diego, 2004, to be exact. A little south of Silicon Valley. By founder Fred Luddy and a small tribe of techies and surfers.
 
Fred believed that getting simple stuff done at work shouldn’t be so hard. And that the complex stuff should be easier to manage.
