能做什么 不能做什么

权限分为User和Group
每个User隶属在Group中
每个User有带了一个角色

ServiceNow认证,
支持 LDAP 和 域用户绑定

界面-分为
Banner
导航
主操作界面
右上角:登录信息/共通设定

导航包括功能(和Manager类型有关), 还可以扩充(Plugins - 相当于应用市场 - 可以追加功能 - 有的是收费的)
可以安装多个语言,通过Plugins,中文要收费
每个东西(语言包-包括) 都是一个Application,每个Application都在导航中对应一个菜单

分为三个tab

第一个tab

折叠起来的叫Application
展开后的小菜单是module

常用:Incident:故障报修

第二tab

收藏

第三个tab

历史

导航栏

除了通过鼠标的图形界面操作
还可以
建表时:
<表名>.list : 跳转到表的list画面
<表名>.form : 跳转表的new Record画面上
<表名>.config
可以config他,跳转到配置画面上
每个功能都有个属性

也可以用鼠标一层一层点击

表达形式

在这里插入图片描述

  3. 点进去之后的详细
  4. 做了一些Report之后
  5. 分类显示
  6. 目录。单独为ServiceManager做的

以incident为例

导航搜索 -> All -> List界面 -> 点进去就是 Form画面 / 分成Tab显示也可以 , 如果有变更会自动帮你建立履历(显不显示由二次开发决定)

他还可以一对多,

-> 硬盘坏了
