一、进口该内产品时先要去当地公安管理部门办理《易制毒化学品备案》，备案需要资料如下：

1、 工商营业执照

2、 合法使用说明

3、 易制毒化学品管理制度

4、 供货方许可或者备案证明

5、 订购合同及易制毒化学品管理台账

6、 购买单位法人、经办人、管理负责人身份证

7、 企业人事关系图

8、 企业位置图、平面图、外貌、工场、仓库、储罐图片

9、 仓库平面图、仓库管理制度

9. Warehouse plan and warehouse management system二、办理完《易制毒化学品备案》再去商务管理部门申请《两用物项进口许可证》，申请先要进行网上申报，地方、市商务局、省商务厅办理；先要资料如下：

1.、企业批文、批准证书、营业执照、验资报告(复印件)；

2.、企业申请进口易制毒化学品的报告(正本，由企业所在地外经贸主管部门加具意见)；

3.、《易制毒化学品进口申请表》正本

4.、与国外客户签订的有效进口合同原件；

5.、企业对监管手段的说明及不得用于制毒、不得转卖的保证函(需法人代表签字并盖企业印章)；

6.、经办人的身份证明(包括申请单位出具的有效证明函和本 人身份证复印件)；

7.、审核部门认为需要提供的其他有关材料。

8、提供公安局出具的“第二第三类易制毒化学品备案证明”。

8. Provide the "second, third category of precursor chemicals Filing Certificate" issued by the Public Security Bureau.
