Abstract:This paper is mainly about centrifugal ball type step-less transmission model of the ratio control strategy and its simulation research. Because of centrifugal ball type variator structure characteristics, its main is according to the engine output shaft output force driving centrifugal balls, and then make the whole centrifugal motion step-less transmission master-slave dynamic radius of continuous motion realization accordingly continuous variation ratio. According to the transmission force equilibrium and geometric structure overall mathematical model was set up, according to the established mathematical model control strategy in simulink model, this model based on the actual structure for input reverse solving engine speed and speed relationship, solving full load respectively and some load ratio relations, finally draw: the CVT ratio characteristics control strategy. Finally experiment validate the model is correct and feasible.
