MySQL在重启后无法启动，错误日志显示InnoDB系统数据文件ibdata1不可写。已尝试修改文件权限为775，但问题依然存在。可能涉及到SELinux权限问题，需要检查并设置setenforce为0，并修改/etc/selinux/config文件将SELINUX设为disabled。此外，还存在最大打开文件数和表缓存限制警告。
错误日志看 /etc/my.cnf 里面的 log-error=/var/log/mysqld.log

其中查看 /home/work/mysql/data/ 已经赋予了 775 权限了，依旧不可写，还是报错。百度一通，与 enforce 有关。
setenforce 0
设置完成后需要重启，如果重启后 setenforce 重启后依旧是 Enforcing，需要 Edit the /etc/selinux/config file and set the SELINUX to disabled
/etc/selinux/config-w500
也有可能会出现一下异常
