戴尔710服务器硬盘灯,DELL R710服务器，做RAID5，更换一个硬盘后硬盘灯，黄灯和绿灯交替不断亮？？急急求助...

DELL R710服务器，二个硬盘做了RAID1，安装系统，四个硬盘(1.2T ST1200MM0007)做了RAID5。

现RAID5其中一个硬盘亮黄灯，购买了一只新的硬盘(1.2T ST1200MM0088)更换上去，结果硬盘灯 黄灯和绿灯交替不断亮，没停过。

重启开机，按CTRL+R进RAID卡设置，看到新硬盘显示：MISSING。此硬盘状态也是显示为：Failed，而不是ONLINE。

请问怎么把新硬盘重新添加进去RAID5？？？
