3.1 第1次面试-猎头或乙方HR

猎头或乙方HR问：是否可以用英语介绍下自己和最近正在做的项目？

My Chinese name is xxx and you can call me John. I am 30 years old and I have graduated from Changchun University and majored in Logistics Management with bachelor degree. I got 9 years working experience and 7 years in it is related to SAP implementation. The main job responsibilities for me in recent project is about MM and WM modules and also interface activities. The current project customer is located in the city of Xuzhou, Jiangsu province. It is related to Automotive Industry and has been launched in October last year and will go-live in March first this year. The project will last for 6 months from the beginning to the end. Our team members insists of 8 persons including one project manager and the modules are MM,SD,PP,FICO,WM,QM and SRM.

3.2 第2次面试-乙方技术顾问面试

2面一般都是乙方实施顾问或者项目经理进行模块技术面试，同时也会结合具体的业务来提问，用于测评被面试人员的技术水平和业务熟悉程度。

面试人员会先沟通基本信息后，就直接会就面试的模块进行提问，例如：

Q1：请从后台配置、物料主数据、业务层面描述下供应商委外的业务流程？

以下是乙方咨询公司技术顾问在2面中的问题，举例如下：

Q1：Could you please make a brief introduction about your SAP project experience?

A1：OK, I have served three companies. The first one is French company xxx, I have been working in this company for 5 years as the SAP MM modules consultant. The second one is Germen company xxx, I have been working in this company for 2 years as MM modules consultant. The last one is current company xxx, I have been working in this company for more than 2 years as MM module implementation consultant. Totally, I got 9 years working experience and 7 years in it is related to SAP project implementation. That’s the general idea about my working experience and also SAP project experience. Thank you.

Q2：Can you tell me more about the business flow about supplier subcontractor?

A2：When it comes to the supplier subcontractor, I think I can make you clear in the following three aspects:

The first aspect is about material master data setting, we should set purchase type F and the special procurement index 30 in MRP2 view through the transaction code MM01. And establish the subcontractor BOM by the T-CODE C223 as the pre-condition.

The second aspect is configurate the purchase order type if necessary and use the transaction code ME21N to create the subcontractor purchase order and also do the PO release.

The last aspect is about material flow activities, one is about goods issue for subcontractor raw material through movement type 541 by MIGO and the other one is do the goods receipt in warehouse from subcontracting supplier with the movement type 101 and system will do the backflush automatically through the movement type 543 O. That’s all and Thank you.

3.3 第3次面试-乙方项目总监或总经理面试

3面一般是乙方咨询公司的管理层进行面试，主要侧重的点不是技术方面了，而是工作经历、项目经验，项目管理经验，项目实施方法论、项目实施过程中问题的处理、项目成员的沟通相处等。

3.4 第4次面试-乙方客户面试

4面一般经常发生在乙方咨询公司的客户是外企的情况下，外企客户需要进行乙方咨询公司的顾问面试。

主要的面试问题：很少的模块技术问题、大量的项目实施经验问题、大量的项目管理经验问题，主要测评顾问的项目实施方法论是否符合外企的标准。

客户如果是老外时，老外上来都会进行自我介绍的，听着就好。

3.5 第5次面试-乙方HR面试

5面一般是乙方咨询公司的HR进行面试，主要沟通未来的职业规划、薪资水平、年终奖、项目补贴、福利、五险一金和社保（缴纳地一定要确认好）、入职方式、base地的选择（严重影响你的出差补贴，因为base地的项目是不给补贴的）等。

关于到乙方咨询公司入职和不入职（free或外部情况）的了解，根据自身情况，决定是否入职乙方咨询公司或作为外包的方式加入项目。

入职的好处：有保障，没有项目的时候也可以有固定的工资。

外包的坏处：没有五险一金。
