自定义ScrollView 实现拉下伸缩头部view

项目中会遇到一个ScrollView 嵌套的布局下拉实现头部imageview下拉伸缩

 

Activity布局

        textView=findViewById(R.id.activity_imageviewscrollview_textview);
        textView.setText(MyConstant.switchVaule);
