The description of the problem
Type the command:
df -h
- From the content in red rectangle, we could see that the storage size for our logical volume is just 98 GB. Note that the whole hardware size is 1 T, this could be described as follows (with the command
sudo vgdisplay):
The solution for above problem
sodu vgdisplay
sudo lvextend -l 212213 /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv
sudo lvextend -l 212213 /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-ubuntu--lv
- check whether the change of storage is successful or not.
df -h
The above results just show that we have been changed the storage of our logical volumn.
