注明：Service.DeptClientService为微服务公共api下定义的接口，为了方便其他消费方服务对此接口的调用，[email protected](“MICROSERVICECLOUD-DEPT”)注解。

关于feign的配置和书写有很多博客上都有。此篇仅基于自身出现的这个错误做说明。
