这篇博客记录了使用SEGGER J-Link Commander V6.60a尝试连接到Raspberry Pi 3B+时遇到的问题。在尝试通过JTAG接口连接Cortex-A53核心时，出现了'CTI connected to core not found. Debugging not possible'的错误，导致调试无法进行。
jlink不支持raspberry 3b+
最近入手了一块rapberry 3b+，想学习下嵌入式裸机编程，了解下操作系统底层运作流程，有助于上层应用程序开发时，定位疑难性能问题。
于是买了Jlink v9版本仿真器，装上默认版本，连接JTAG没有反应。从官网下载最新的J-Link Commander V6.60a版本，虽然可以选择cortex-a53 CPU型号，但是还是无法连接，上JLINK官网论坛，搜索到如下答复：
