【摘  要】5G网络建设初期，存在较多的初始接入问题。通过接入过程信令解读，对5G-NSA网络的接入流程进行了全方位分析，介绍了相关重点参数，并结合接入流程总结问题分析定位四步法，为NSA接入问题的解决提供了有效指引。

[Abstract] In the early age of 5G network construction， there are quite a few initial access problems. Through the signaling interpretation of the access process， this paper fully analyzes the access process of 5G-NSA network and introduces the relevant key parameters. Combining the access process， a four-step approach for problem analysis is summarized， which provides an effective guideline for the solution of NSA access problems.
