VNC桌面灰色问题请教

一次重启服务器后，启动VNC服务，提示一下信息，但是VNC远程接入还是可以使用，界面是灰色的

xstartup是已经修改过的

已经在网上搜索了很多资料都不能有效的解决，请大家多多帮助解决一下这个问题
