打开python的pip命令时闪退_安装pip时的问题（命令提示符）

我是Python新手，需要为我正在做的项目下载一些模块，但是，每当我试图下载pip时，都会遇到这个错误。这个错误会是防火墙造成的吗？如果是这样的话，有没有什么办法可以帮我安装pip？在U:\>Py get-pip.py
