python安装库失败cannot determine archive_pip 无法安装 pip

最近看本书《 Understanding network hacks:Attack and Defence with Python 》

第四章让安装 scapy 。发现 scapy 依赖 dnet

我使用这个命令

sudo pip install dnet -i --trusted-host http://pypi.douban.com/simple

无法安装成功。

报错信息：
