java 502错误_PHPstorm 10.0.3错误502错误的网关（由于JavaVM？）

我已经在Windows机器上的Apache文件夹中安装了PHPstorm 10.0.3试用版和PHP，但是当我使用PHP解释器时，大约50-90％的时间出现错误502 Bad Gateway。

当这只是HTML页面时，它的工作时间为100％。

编辑：我要做的是“运行”我的template.php(或任何其他)文件，该文件随后出现在浏览器中，网址为：http：// localhost：63342 / htdocs / template.php

我已经测试过：PHP 7.0.2，PHP 5.3(ISS)，第一个线程安全，第二个线程安全禁用，相同的结果。在Webstorm中，我的路径指向PHP-CGI.exe，这是不同主题中的问题。
