springboot房屋租赁管理系统的设计与实现

摘 要

在经济发展的社会，人才的地域流动也越来越频繁，不再受到地域的限制。当然，人才的流动也面临许多问题，其中住房问题就是一个很大的问题。而且当前房地产市场不断发展，房产中介市场也日益壮大，由于大部分人都没有闲暇的时间以及比较专业的房产和法律知识，房屋租赁管理系统在交易中的地位逐渐提高。据统计大部分的房屋租赁行为是通过房屋租赁系统进行，人们通过房屋租赁系统咨询、购买、出售房屋已经是很普遍的现象。房屋信息更新快、信息量大是其最大的特点，但是，各种各样的房屋租赁系统让公众难以取舍，大部分存在着很多的安全问题。针对目前尚不规范的房屋租赁系统，创建一个值得大家信任的，共享信息的房屋租赁系统便成了当务之急。
本系统是用Spring Boot框架开发的一个房屋租赁管理系统，通过MySQL数据库来存储相关数据方便内容和信息地更新，并根据实际需求把本系统分为：管理员模块、房主模块、租户模块上大部分。
论文主要阐述了课题背景及其意义，系统所要用到的相关技术与标准，对系统做了总体的分析与设计，详细介绍了系统主要功能模块的设计实现，最后是工作总结与展望。

ABSTRACT
In the current era of economic development, the regional flow of talents is becoming more and more frequent and is no longer restricted by regions. Of course, the flow of talent is also faced with many problems, among which the housing problem is a big one. And the current real estate market continues to develop, the real estate intermediary market is also growing, because most people do not have leisure time and more professional real estate and legal knowledge,The status of the housing rental system in the transaction is gradually improved. According to statistics, most of the house leasing activities are carried out through the house leasing system. It is very common for people to consult, buy, sell and lease houses through the house leasing system. The biggest characteristic of housing information is its fast update and large amount of information. However, a variety of housing rental systems make it difficult for the public to choose, and most of them have many security problems. In view of the current housing rental system that is not standardized, it has become an urgent task to create a housing rental system that we can trust and share information.
This system is a house rental management system developed with spring boot framework. It stores relevant data through MySQL database to facilitate content and information updating. According to the actual needs, this system is divided into administrator module, homeowner module and tenant module.
The paper mainly expounds the background and significance of the system, the related technology and standard to be used in the system, and makes a general analysis and design of the system.
