随着互联网的普及信息化、信息化工作变得越来越方便。现在已成为人们生活的一部分。会议信息发布系统是针对部门以及公司为了满足部门之间的交流沟通，而定制开发使用的。会议信息的发布可以让各部门及时的参加上级传达的会议。也使信息发布更加方便、快捷，对实际工作具有较强的推动作用，及较好的实用性。
整个系统在springboot的框架进行开发，数据库采用mysql8.0，连接方式采用mybatis-plus连接，前端开发公开发工具为Idea。采用jdbc驱动程序连接数据库，从而保证连接的稳定、快速。
系统对各应用单位各个部门信息实现会议统一管理，具有信息编辑更加方便、快捷修改、删除等优点。用户和业务部门可以根据需要发布所需要的会议。并能够准确的添加、删除、修改会议的内容。该社区会议信息系统基本可以满足用户发布会议的需要，也能较好的发布的传达到每个用户。具体实现基本功能包括：用户管理、组织管理、角色管理、在线会议室管理。系统日志管理、通知公告、会议类型、会议管理等功能。

Abstract
With the popularization of the Internet, informatization and information work become more and more convenient. Now it has become a part of people’s life. The conference information release system is customized for departments and companies to meet the communication between departments. The release of meeting information can enable each department to participate in the meeting communicated by the superior in time. It also makes the information release more convenient and fast, plays a strong role in promoting the actual work, and has better practicability.
The whole system is developed in the framework of springboot, and the database adopts mysql8 0. The connection mode adopts mybatis plus connection, and the public development tool of front-end development is idea. Jdbc driver is used to connect the database, so as to ensure the stability and speed of the connection.
The system realizes the unified management of meetings for the information of each department of each application unit, and has the advantages of more convenient, fast modification and deletion of information editing. Users and business departments can publish the required meetings as needed. And can accurately add, delete and modify the content of the meeting. The community meeting information system can basically meet the needs of users to publish meetings, and can also better convey the information to each user. The basic functions include user management, organization management and role management. System log management, notification and announcement, meeting type, meeting management and other functions.
