一、项目介绍：

背景：
随着高校教育的不断发展，学科竞赛在学生综合素质培养中扮演着重要的角色。然而，传统的学科竞赛管理方式存在着信息不便捷、流程不透明、管理效率低下等问题。因此，基于SSM（Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis）和Vue的高校学科竞赛管理系统的设计成为了一个有意义的课题。

目的：
设计一个基于SSM和Vue的高校学科竞赛管理系统，旨在为高校提供一个便捷、高效、智能化的学科竞赛管理平台。通过该系统，学生可以查看竞赛信息、报名参赛、提交作品等操作，教师可以发布竞赛信息、评审作品、管理竞赛流程等操作，学校管理者可以实现对竞赛信息、报名情况、获奖情况等数据的管理和统计。

意义：
1. 提升竞赛管理效率：通过该系统，学校管理者和教师可以实现对竞赛流程、作品评审等过程的快速管理和监控，提升了竞赛管理效率。
2. 便利学生参赛：学生可以通过系统查看竞赛信息、在线报名参赛、提交作品，无需到学校相关部门办理，提升了参赛的便利性。
