程序实现的功能:
1. 实验箱上电后, 两计时器即开始计时, 但不显示.
2. 若向8051发送"显示秒数"命令, 则指定的某个倒计时器显示秒数.
3. 若向8051发送"隐藏秒数"命令, 则指定的某个倒计时器隐藏秒数.
