ST7735液晶屏像数偏移的解决方法

最近学习ESP32驱动SPI接口液晶屏，购买的是中景园电子的1.8寸液晶屏，分辨率是120*160。

使用Arduino编程，使用编译环境是VScode+Platformio。驱动库使用的是TFT_eSPI库版本2.3.69

按网上教程配置使用例程测试后发现图像出现向上偏移，即左上角两个边缺少两条像素，右下角两条边出现两条边出现杂色，整体感觉屏幕整体偏移2个像数，故障图片如下图。

网上找了半天也没找到处理方法，咨询客服，回复程序错误，给了一份厂家驱动，没有使用库函数，程序代码很多。虽然能解决问题感觉不爽，抱着试试看的仔细研究TFT_eSPI配置User_Setup.h文件，经过尝试发现修改以下参数能能解决问题。
