以下是你在“价值实践VIA突显优点调查”的得分。请参考<<真正的快乐>> Authentic Happiness一书，以助分析得分。各项优点的等级排列，反映了你在此调查中２４项优点的整体分数，以及在每项优点中的能力。你最突出的五项优点，特别是那些被列为突显优点的，都是值得你留意，并加以利用。

百分比和棒状图表是按每项优点，把你的整体自我评分与其它人的自我评分作比较。棒度越长，代表越多人拥有这项特有的优点。很多人在一些优点中有较高的分数，而其它的优点则较逊色，故此，棒状图表不一定与你个人的优点一样有相同的等级排列。
