fatal:配置文件 /tmp/pip-p54sw5gt-build/.git/config 出错于第 1 行;git bad config line 1 in file

最近按照项目要求需要安装facebook的fvcore包，fvcore包的github上指定的安装步骤如下
pip install ‘git+https://github.com/facebookresearch/fvcore’

但出现了下列问题：
fatal: 配置文件 /tmp/pip-p54sw5gt-build/.git/config 出错于第 1 行
Command “git clone -q https://github.com/facebookresearch/fvcore /tmp/pip-p54sw5gt-build” failed with error code 128 in None

然后又试了试git clone好不好使
git clone https://github.com/facebookresearch/slowfast

又出现了下列问题：
正克隆到 ‘slowfast’…
fatal: 配置文件 /home/shaorenjie/slowfast/.git/config 出错于第 1 行
或者是 git bad config line 1 in file

搜遍bing，百度上都是些
git config --global user.name “your name”
git config --global user.email “your email”
删除~/.gitconfig，再重新创建一个这个文件都不太行

解决方法：
不要使用git
直接再github上下载文档；如果要安装的话，下载完进入文档文件夹python setup.py install就行了
