python:连接mysql出现1045或1698 "Access denied for user..."错误提示

环境：ubantu18.04,python3,jupyter notebook
import pymysql
conn = pymysql.connect(host=“127.0.0.1”,user=“root”,passwd=“123123”,db=“test_database”)
出现1045 "Access denied for user等错误提示

解决问题
经分析，很可能是因为mysql 登录每次都需要用sudo造成的，因此要先解决该问题。
1.更改root用户的plugin值；
mysql> use mysql;
mysql> select host,user,plugin from user;

mysql> update user set plugin = ‘mysql_native_password’ where user = 'root’

mysql> flush privileges;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

2.退出mysql验证通过,出现如下提示：

lw@ubuntu:~$ mysql -uroot -p123123
