【Linux】Anaconda初始cudatoolkit和torch配置脚本

        在anaconda新环境中自动配置cudatoolkit=11.1和torch=1.8.2的脚本。下面注释掉的部分为镜像设置，如果之前没有配置过应把注释取消掉。

        使用方法：新建.sh文件把代码拷贝进去，在conda环境中直接运行即可。（当然也可以手动一行一行输入）
