Why is connectivity so important today? Connectivity is important in keeping relation with families, friends, colleges. Also useful in job seeking or career enhancing. Effective communication is the key to healthy relationships. In our most important interpersonal relationship, we are not only communicating to let the other person remember our superb conversation skills, but we show we care about this person and care about the relationship.
Communication is conducive to eliminating misunderstandings and establishing interpersonal relationships of mutual trust. It is conducive to creating a good working atmosphere among colleagues and enhancing the cohesion of the organization. It is helpful to coordinate the pace and actions of the members of the organization, and ensure the smooth completion of the organization’s plans and goals.
