[Linux] CentOS 7.7 failure: repodata/repomd.xml from centos7: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

修改了本地yum源，yum clean all 后尝试yum update 或者yum makecache 报错，内容为：

failure: repodata/repomd.xml from centos7: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

解决：
备份/etc/yum.repos.d 下所有的镜像，新建一个CentOS-Base.repo，并且清空所有内容，添加以下内容：

# unless you are manually picking other mirrors.

# If the mirrorlist= does not work for you, as a fall back you can try the 
# remarked out baseurl= line instead.
