原因：

由于gerrit服务器迁移导致的

解决办法：

步骤一：修改host文件中 ip gerrit.cmss.com。
步骤二：重新生成一个ssh秘钥并更新到gerrit设置中的ssh公钥
步骤三：直接删除了这个文件
