一、什么是STAR Method

The STAR method is a structured manner of responding to a behavioral-based interview question by discussing the specific situation,task,action,and resultof the situation you are describing.

STAR方法是一种结构化通过讨论你所描述的情况的具体情况、任务、行动和结果,来回答基于行为的面试问题的方式。

Situation: Describe the situation that you were in or the task that you needed to accomplish. You must describe a specific event or situation, not a generalized description of what you have done in the past. Be sure to give enough detail for the interviewer to understand. This situation can be from a previous job, from a volunteer experience, or anyrelevant event.

情境:描述你所处的情境或你需要完成的任务。你必须描述一个具体的事件或情况,而不是对你过去所做事情的概括描述。一定要给面试官足够的细节明白。这个情况可能来自以前的工作、志愿者经历或任何相关事件。

Task: What goal were you working toward?

任务:你的目标是什么?

Action: Describe the actions you took to address the situation with an appropriate amount of detail and keep the focus on YOU. What specific steps did you take and what was your particular contribution? Be careful that you don’t describe what the team or group did when talking about a project, but what you actually did. Use the word “I,” not “we” when describing actions.

行动:用适当的细节描述你所采取的应对措施,并使注意力集中在你身上。你采取了哪些具体步骤?你的具体贡献是什么?注意不要描述团队或团队在谈论一个项目时做了什么,而是描述你实际做了什么。在描述行动时用“我”,而不是“我们”。
