NetMoss包

NetMoss 函数用于计算病例组和对照组之间显着细菌的 NetMoss 分数。

使用单变量加权方法将不同规模的研究整合到一个网络中，以消除批处理效应，考虑到由大型研究构建的网络表现出微弱的共丰度模式，在大型网络中添加了大量的权重，以增加其对最终集成网络的贡献，从而减少集成过程中的偏差。

• 输入数据
  病例以及对照组的文件目录下是三个文件，每一个文件是样本和OTU的相对丰度值

  case_dir: the directory of case datasets.
  control_dir: the directory of control datasets.
  net_case_dir: the directory of case network datasets.
  net_control_dir: the directory of control network datasets.
  

• 输出结果

  The output of the NetMoss is a table of NetMoss score for each taxon:

  taxon_names: the name of the bacteria.
  control_mod: the control module of the bacteria belongs to.
  case_mod: the case module of the bacteria belongs to.
  NetMoss_score: the NetMoss of the bacteria gets.
