生成distribution archives(可分发归档包)

	python3 -m pip install --user --upgrade setuptools wheel  # 建议使用最新的工具setuptools和wheel
	python3 setup.py sdist bdist_wheel  # 前者是tar.gz文件, 后者是构建.whl文件

上传归档到PyPI网站

    ①：注册PyPI(正式或测试)账号，创建API token   (https://pypi.org) (https://test.pypi.org/account/register/)
    ②：使用twine交互式上传
        python3 -m pip install --user --upgrade twine
        python3 -m twine upload --repository testpypi dist/*  # 在dist/目录下执行该命令
    ③：检验是否上传成功
        python -m pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ --no-deps example-pkg-YOUR-USERNAME-HERE
        python -m "from my_package import mydemo"
