关于radar平台出现账户锁定的bug解决方法【account is locking】【切记你的参数是否传入正确，字母注意大小写】很多的坑

app.exchanges.errors.exchange_api_exception.ExchangeAPIException: ExchangeAPIException错误捕捉为: radar服务器请求成功【状态码为200】,但是请求结果为失败failed,原因为:{'nick': 'radarceshiax', 'error_code': 'ACCOUNT_LOCK', 'message': 'account is locking'}

这里的VBC-VRP必须都是大写
