Nginx配置跨域响应头解决跨域问题

主要看server部分，对所有路径添加了跨域响应头，并转发给项目地址8081上。

原本部署在docker上，配置文件挂载在外部，但是未生效（检查过挂载已成功），原因未知，最终将nginx安装在宿主机上才行。
