一、创建vue2项目步骤：

1、检查node环境

node -v

2、创建项目名称

vue create 项目名称

第一个Default默认配置
Manually select features 自定义配置

? Please pick a preset: Manually select features
? Check the features needed for your project: Choose Vue version, Babel, Linter
? Choose a version of Vue.js that you want to start the project with 2.x
? Pick a linter / formatter config: Basic
? Pick additional lint features: Lint on save
? Where do you prefer placing config for Babel, ESLint, etc.? In dedicated config files
? Save this as a preset for future projects? No

$ cd kr
$ npm run serve

这一步即代表创建成功！按命令运行即可

二、 elementUI组件
