1. Creativity is neither relative with IQ, nor a talent, which is a ways of operating

    Close Mode is our daily life. We have a lot of pressure when we are in Close Mode, like working, studying.

      Open Mode is what we need for creativity. Less pressure and purposeful felling.

      Open Mode is for deciding. Close Mode is for achieving.

1. There are five important key factors to change to Open Mode (have a creative time). These are:

• Space--a quite space just for yourself
• Time--a specific period.90 mins, not in the morning
• Time—get the deadline of the decision. Try to enjoy more pondering time even if it will be painful.
• Confidence—Don’t fear to make mistake
• Humor—an essential part of playfulness & spontaneity. Different from 'solemn'.

1. Some tips for Open mode.
   1. Try to make more connection with two totally different frameworks (things/system/standard)
   2. Easier to have creative ideas if you have a discussion with a trustworthy friend.
   3. Nothing is wrong. Be positive to others and yourself. Use ＂interesting or not＂to judge your ideas.
