python37 安装 torch ＞= 1.2.0

当直接使用 pip install torch >= 1.2.0 安装 torch 时， 无法安装：
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement 1.2.0 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for 1.2.0

因此采用下载到本地的方法安装。

下载方法

cp37 适配 python3.7 版本

安装
pip install torch-1.2.0+cpu-cp37-cp37m-manylinux1_x86_64.whl

验证安装

#进入python环境
 import torch
>>> print(torch.__version__)
1.2.0+cpu
