Xamarin.Forms 动态添加Menu items

使用CRUD操作管理Menu items

menuitems集合，可以用数据库管理，此处用list代替。

 public  List<MenuItem> menuItems = new List<MenuItem>()
            {
             new MenuItem(){
             //Title
             Text="item1",
             //Navigate
             Command=new Command<string>(async (url) => await Launcher.OpenAsync(url)),
             //url
             CommandParameter = "https://docs.microsoft.com/xamarin/xamarin-forms/app-fundamentals/shell"
              },
             new MenuItem(){
             Text="item2",
             Command=new Command<string>(async (url) => await Launcher.OpenAsync(url)),
             CommandParameter = "https://www.google.com.hk/"
             },
            };

App初始化时加载所有item

    public AppShell()
        {
            InitializeComponent();

            foreach (MenuItem _item in menuItems)

//添加item
            { Items.Add(_item); }
          
        }

Crud操作即为对list/数据库的操作，不再赘述。

Tips：删除item的方法为remove（）。
