pycharm Install packages failed

在使用pycharm安装skimage插件报错

提示很明显是我们的pip版本不够，直接到指定的E:\projects\xxx\venv\Scripts\ 路径下cmd 使用以下命令升级pip版本即可。

python -m pip install --upgrade pip
