答案：验证码类型错误

错误：cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://sms.tencentcloudapi.com/

解决方法：
1、打开网址：https://curl.se/docs/caextract.html
2、下载：下载最新的就可以
3、将下载的文件复制到php文件夹中

4、在php.ini文件添加

curl.cainfo=“D:/wamp/bin/php/php7.0.10/extras/ssl/cacert.pem”

openssl.cafile=“D:/wamp/bin/php/php7.0.10/extras/ssl/cacert.pem”
