执行迁移时报错：
django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: The included URLconf '<module 'user.urls' from 'D:\\stage3\\drf_app\\user\\urls.py '>' does not appear to have any patterns in it. If you see valid patterns in the file then the issue is probably caused by a ci rcular import.

解决：
在user和chat应用下的urls.py中添加
urlpatterns=[]
