解决

django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: The included URLconf ‘sepsis.urls’ does not appear to have any patterns in it. If you see valid patterns in the file then the issue is probably caused by a circular import.

原因：

1. 像网上其他文章说的那样，子应用的url没写
2. 主应用和子应用的url都正确的话，还有另一种可能，就是在view函数里，导包导错了

解决方案：

1. 检查子应用的url，具体方法可见网络其他文章
2. 查看view函数里导入的包有没有导正确

例如：我的django内，myforms和view在同一个文件夹下，但是我在view内导包时候没正确导入myforms。
我直接用了from myforms import UserForm, RegisterForm
这样是错的，正确应该是

from .myforms import UserForm, RegisterForm
