原因：

        有堆栈信息可以看出重试了五次，每次都是SSL错误，因为是用的清华镜像源，被认为了不是安全的连接。

解决办法：

pip install XXX -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

PS:

        别在Ubuntu上单独安装太低版本的Python,推荐使用Anaconda构建虚拟环境，坑太多...
