报错原因分析及解决方案：
引起该错误的原因较多，以下列举博主在Debug过程中的报错原因及解决方案：
1.maven默认资源文件配置放在resources目录下，当把配置文件放在java目录下时，会出现无法导出的情况，因此需要添加手动资源过滤，将java目录下的.xml或.properties文件能够被过滤导出。
推而广之，maven由于他约定大于配置，我们可能遇到我们写的配置文件，无法被导出或者生效的问题，解决方案如下：
