目的：将时间戳转换为YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss
如果时分秒为一位数，则在前面补0。

1.运用padStart()方法

  getYMDHMS (val) {
      let date = new Date(val * 1000)
      let Y = date.getFullYear()
      const M = (date.getMonth() + 1).toString().padStart(2, '0')
      const D = (date.getDate()).toString().padStart(2, '0')
      const h = (date.getHours()).toString().padStart(2, '0')
      const m = (date.getMinutes()).toString().padStart(2, '0')
      const s = (date.getSeconds()).toString().padStart(2, '0')
	  return Y+"-"+M+"-"+D+" "+h+":"+m+":"+s;    },

2.日期对象
⚠️拼接字符串在return中再连接，不要再代码中写，否则时分秒小于0时会出现错误（目前我也不知道为什么，可能是类型转换这儿的问题）。

 filterDate(val) {
    let date = new Date(val*1000);
    let Y = date.getFullYear();
    let M = (date.getMonth()+1 < 10 ? '0'+(date.getMonth()+1) : date.getMonth()+1);
    let D = date.getDate() < 10 ? ('0'+date.getDate()) : date.getDate();
    let h = date.getHours() < 10 ? ('0'+date.getHours()) : date.getHours();
    let m = date.getMinutes() < 10 ? ('0'+date.getMinutes()) : date.getMinutes();
