求教：ISE使用modelsim仿真的问题

ISE使用modelsim仿真的问题

在使用ise调用modelsim仿真的时候出现两个问题：
1、某些工程仿真时不能调用modelsim，表现为ise中没有modelsim选项，只能调用isim，

2、某些工程能调用modelsim，但是出错。显示：
ERROR: The path specified in the “Compiled Library Directory” property (“C:/Xilinx/Xilinx_lib”) does not exist.

以上两种情况使用的软件都是一样的，只是仿真的工程不同，还有其他的一些工程就能正常仿真，不知道是什么情况，请问谁能帮忙指教一下啊。

On computing the global time optimal motions of robotic manipulators

method for computing the time-optimal motions or robotic manipulators is presented that considers the nonlinear manipulator dynamics, actuator constraints, joint limits, and obstacles. Using a previously developed method for computing the time-optimal motions along specified paths, the optimization problem is reduced to a search for the time-optimal path in the n-dimensional position space. A small set of near-optimal paths are first efficiently selected from a grid, using a branch and bound search and a series of lower bound estimates on the traveling time along a given path. These paths are further optimized with a local path optimization to yield the global optimal solution. Obstacles are considered by eliminating the collision points from the tessellated space and by adding a penalty function to the motion time in the local optimization. The computational efficiency of the method stems from the reduced dimensionality of the searched space and from combin- ing the grid search with a local optimization. The method is demonstrated in several examples for two- and six-degree-of- freedom manipulators with obstacles.

如果编译库时使默认的路径，那这里就不用改了，不过得把下面的“Ignore Pro-Compiled Library Warning Check”给勾上，不然也可能有警告，反正我用默认路径时就是有警告，不知道为什么。其实只要你前面设置的正确了，这里直接把“Ignore Pro-Compiled Library Warning Check”给勾上，路径都不设也是可以的，搞定后点“Ok”，如图2。有图1警告时，如果前面的设置没问题，直接点“No”就可以用Modelsim仿真了。
End-to-end Estimation of the Available Bandwidth Variation Range

The available bandwidth (avail-bw) of a network path is an important performance metric and its end-to-end estimation has recently received significant attention. Previous work focused on the estimation of the average avail-bw, ignoring the significant variability of this metric in different time scales. In this paper, we show how to estimate a given percentile of the avail-bw distribution at a user-specified time scale. If two estimated percentiles cover the bulk of the distribution (say 10% to 90%), the user can obtain a practical estimate for the avail-bw variation range. We present two estimation techniques. The first is iterative and non-parametric, meaning that it is more appropriate for very short time scales (typically less than 100ms), or in bottlenecks with limited flow multiplexing (where the avail-bw distribution may be non-Gaussian). The second technique is parametric, because it assumes that the avail-bw follows the Gaussian distribution, and it can produce an estimate faster because it is not iterative. The two techniques have been implemented in a measurement tool called Pathvar. Pathvar can track the avail-bw variation range within 10-20%, even under non-stationary conditions. Finally, we identify four factors that play a crucial role in the variation range of the avail-bw: traffic load, number of competing flows, rate of competing flows, and of course the measurement time scale.
