和厂家联系答复，子接口流量统计为可选功能，当前未开启，所以没有统计信息。
开启命令：
#dis interface Route-Aggregation----------------进入子接口
#sub-interface rate-statistic-------------------开启接口速率统计
关闭命令：
#dis interface Route-Aggregation
#undo sub-interface rate-statistic

注：开启子接口会增加设备资源消耗，厂家默认不建议开启。
